Standard machining methods are often quite limited, which is why we use innovative machining methods instead, such as trochoid method which allows circular interpolation movement. One of the main benefits is, that slot width larger than the cutting diameter of the tool can be machined.

HSM technique (High-Speed Machining) provides machining speed up to 60m/min. We can produce even the most complex components from a single piece of material, thereby eliminating any imprecision and thermal stress.

 

We also perform turning operations on non-rotational parts using Dynamic trochoidal milling through an intelligent CAM Software. In addition to the machining of standard materials, we also carry out the machining of Titan, Wolfram, Molybdenum, Peek, Macor glass ceramics as well as non-traditional alloys.

We are able to design and manufacture our own highly specialized tools for specific machining operations in order to ensure excellent and consistent production quality.
